JONESBORO, Ark.—Hytrol Conveyor Company is pleased to announce the hire of Mohammad Naseem as Controls Engineering Manager. Naseem has 27 years of industry experience, serving in roles ranging from assembly, Lean manufacturing, quality, production, operations and project management, spending the past 12 years in executive leadership roles.
As Controls Engineering Manager, Naseem’s main focus is to encourage and steer the trajectory of the Controls Engineering Team. He plans to focus on continuous growth and improvement, keeping the needs of Hytrol partners and end users at the forefront of everything they do.
Naseem said, “I’m honored and excited to lead our Controls team. I hope to promote an innovative and high-energy workplace, empowering each member to do their utmost.”

Naseem has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona. He also has certifications in project management, organizational change management, human resources, GMP, L&D, Lean and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Naseem and his wife have been married for eight years and have a five-year-old son. His hobbies include hiking, gardening, home improvement, cooking and automotive projects. With his family, he also enjoys going on road trips and to the lake.
